Open Organizer beside Workflow
Select Organizer from the shared workspace toolbar. In Plan Studio it appears beside the company-logo controls; the other workspaces place it in their main header.

Save the current workspace
Choose Save Current Workspace to place the current customer or project into Active Work.
Why this mattersThe saved card records the relevant A1OSIS workspace and gives you a direct return path.

Choose the inactivity interval
Select 15 minutes, 30 minutes, one hour or two hours. Items that pass the interval move into Review Later.
Why this mattersStale work leaves the active queue without being deleted or silently discarded.

Restore, open or clear
Open a saved workspace, restore it to Active Work or clear its organizer card when the task no longer needs review.
Why this mattersThe queue remains useful without becoming a permanent collection of obsolete tabs.

Understand browser-safe mode
The web tool organizes A1OSIS work and synchronizes its queue across A1OSIS tabs on the device. Arbitrary browser-tab and Windows Explorer control requires the optional signed Windows companion and browser extension.
Why this mattersWebsites cannot safely close unrelated operating-system windows; the permissioned companion is the correct premium architecture.
