Set data permissions

Choose whether the user can see assigned leads only, send quotes, edit pricing, schedule work or manage other users.

Assign the customer or lead

Open the record, choose the user and confirm it appears in the employee dashboard.

Revoke or complete access

When responsibility ends, mark the assignment complete, transfer the record or revoke the user immediately.
